Located just 15 minutes from the main island of Mahe in the Seychelles, the Pezula Private Island, Anonyme, is situated in the south-western Indian Ocean between Africa, India and Madagascar. Just 10 residences are being built on this idyllic isle, each one a spacious 4,520 square feet with direct access to the beach and spectacular island and ocean views. Residences will have four bedrooms (2 master suites, 2 senior suites) all with en-suite bathrooms as well as outdoor showers. Open plan living rooms, spacious timber decks and private swimming pools will maximise island living. Personal butlers and housekeepers will add to the high standards of comfort and luxury. The exclusivity of the island and the limited number of properties means there will be a maximum of only 80 people in residence on the island at any one time. The 20 acre Residence Club will feature every service a five star resort has to offer including fine dining, relaxed beach restaurants, a world-class spa, tennis court and sports activities and a children's centre. There will also be a 24 hour boat service to Mahe. A helicopter service will be available to transport guests to other islands if they desire. As an owner, you will also have access to a portfolio of the world's finest residences through Pezula's association with The Registry Collection.
The waters surrounding the Pezula Private Island are ideal for snorkelling and water activities and the isle commands impressive views of the neighbouring islands.
