East Coast Fractionals Formed in Myrtle Beach

Kurt Scrivens, broker-in-charge of Dunes Investments, has just formed East Coast Fractionals to concentrate the growing number of fractional real estate propertiesin the Myrtle Beach area.

The focus of East Coast Fractionals is the Dunes Village Owner's Club at Dunes Village Resort but he has added a number of other offerings in the Grand Stand area.

  2. Thank you for the spotlight. I am a firm believer in fractional ownership, shared ownership, co ownership or whatever you would like to refer to it. Dunes Village is just one that is on our table at this time. With the Hard Rock Theme Park opening up, we are working with a company to fractionalize condominiums close to the theme park. Every day, there are more people contacting East Coast Fractionals to help them with their building. 2008 will turn out to be a good year for fractional ownership.
