Dunes Village is just one that is on our table at this time. With the Hard Rock Theme Park opening up, we are working with a company to fractionalize condominiums close to the theme park. Every day, there are more people contacting East Coast Fractionals to help them with their building. 2008 will turn out to be a good year for fractional ownership.</description>
