Every year at the annual Ragatz Associates Fractional Interest Conference, Day One starts out with a comprehensive “Fractionals 101″ session. Historically, this session has 30 to 40 developer participants.

This morning, the 2008 Ragatz Conference’s “Fractionals 101″ session had 720 developers participate, an unprecedented number by anyone’s standards… For the moment, the prediction is that there will be anywhere from 100 to 300 new fractional developments coming online within the next two years, a sure sign that fractional ownership is becoming mainstream.
