New Residence Club near Palm Springs Featured in NYT
The Residence Club at Stone Eagle in Palm Desert, California, was recently featured in the New York Times “Breaking Ground” section. Palm Desert is in the Santa Rosa Mountains about a half hour southeast of Palm Springs. Scheduled to open in November 2008, the fractional property will be located on a Tom Doak-designed golf course. This exclusive club will consist of just three casitas — two with two bedrooms each and one four-bedroom — sold in one-eighth shares. Prices start just under $300,000. The gated community will also include whole ownership homes, recreational facilities, and a restaurant.
