Fractional Ownership - Living The Good Life On Less
A recent Forbes article highlights some positive economic numbers, while also listing many ways to expand your purchasing power and “live the good life for less”. Amid the money-saving shopping suggestions, relaxing alternatives to expensive trips to the spa, and online sources of in-demand products, fractional ownership is mentioned. After comparing the cost of vacationing to owning your own fractional property in a Private Residence Club, the article states that in the long run, Fractional Ownership is cheaper than renting. In addition, there is an implied profit in a long-term fractional investment.

Nice article! It is true fractional ownership is not only having great luxury holidays, but a great investment too. We are seeing a lot of people making the switch from whole ownership especially when they get all the added benefits and amenities of a residence club.

At a time when there are a lot of real estate markets slowing down, our fractional sales continue to thrive. Our sales in the Caribbean have been better than expected during the past few months.
People still want to vacation and the logic behind fractional ownership is obvious. Caribbean Residence Clubs, http://www.caribbeanresidenceclubs.com, has been continuing to grow where other markets are slowing down.
We are about to expand into Europe and the response has already been very positive.
In times like these, the fractional concept stands out as being the best option for almost all buyers all the time.
