This article really sums up whats happening in the vacation real estate business. Our properties in the Caribbean are continuing to see a lot of interest and a very strong sales pace. Where other second home markets have slowed down, fractional ownership provides the right balance for vacation home buyers that woulsd normally putthe purchase on hold.
We have started to enter into the European market as well with a new property in Tuscany and the response we have had so far is amazing.
Fractional ownership and Private Residence Clubs are going to be a major part of the real estate business for a very long time.
Thanks for the great article!
