Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas Completes Phase I
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has announced the opening of Phase I of the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Phase I includes 21 fractional ownership units that are currently available for sale or rental. A total of 45 fractional villas are planned for the resort.
Starwood also announced the completion of a $20 million renovation on their Sheraton Steamboat Resort which included upgrading all guest rooms and common areas.
