UK builder Taylor Woodrow de Espana has teamed up with The Fractional Ownership Consultancy to offer fractional ownership across its portfolio of 16 resorts throughout Spain at a starting price of Euro 79,000 for a quarter-share.

Their initial fractional offering will be in two developments built around the Los Arqueros Golf Course near Marbella: Las Encinas de los Arqueros and Los Robles de los Arqueros.
