Founder and CEO of Paris Residence Club, Walid Halabi, has announced the launch of a series of webinars aimed at educating consumers about fractional ownership. The first webinars will begin on August 1st and 2nd and will cover topics ranging from the basics about fractional ownership to specific questions about the Paris Residence Club.

The webinars follow Paris Residence Club’s “Meet the Developers” U.S. Tour which kicked off earlier this summer with stops in New York City and Washington DC. Their next event is planned for a Los Angeles stop in July.

The Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe announced yesterday that it will open its doors on December 9, 2009. The $300 million resort development is the first new-build resort development in Lake Tahoe in decades. The resort sits slopeside in close proximity to both Lake Tahoe and Truckee, and will include a 17,000 sq.ft. spa and fitness center,  hotel with 170 guest rooms, 23 private Ritz-Carlton residences, and 25 Ritz-Carlton Destination Club fractional ownership residences.

The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, Lake Tahoe will open to members on December 18, 2009. The 25 two-, three- and four-bedroom fractional residences will offer their owners a minimum of 21 days of use each year. Pricing ranges from $200,000 to more than $700,000 per deeded share.

The Residence Club on Mission Beach is set to make its debut this summer on the beautiful San Diego coastline in Southern California. Developer Ken Cornell of Ocean Pacific Companies has retained DCP International to assist in the creation of the Club.

The Club will offer Owners the ability to vacation as often as they would like, subject only to a flexible and generous reservation policy. All two-bedroom units will be offered in 1/8 shares with Club ownership priced at $265,000.
