Luxury Fractional Financing

Luxury Fractional Financing (LFF) was developed to assist in offering funding services to both fractional developers and consumers. We work with several lenders that understand the fractional ownership concept. Our goal is to help consumers make a fractional purchase as a “second home” purchase, just as though they were buying full ownership. For the developer, we work to provide total funding for the financial needs of new projects, as well as for the financing of your customers.

In the current economic climate, fractional financing is scarce. However, we are in constant contact with lenders and some projects are succeeding in securing funding. We will review your request and forward your information to one of our lending partners to ascertain whether or not your preliminary information meets their initial requirements. If we don't currently have a fractional financing source appropriate for your needs, we will respond to you and keep your information on file to update you when a source does become available.
