Our Enhanced Multimedia Listing allows you to add a Slide Show, Photo Gallery, Floor Plans, Panorama and Video to your listing (you supply the graphics, we put it together for you).

New Fractional Projects

Whether your property is a large private residence club or a single home, we have a spot for you. Our "Resorts & Residence Clubs " section is designed for large-scale resort projects. It is subdivided into the categories of Golf, Ski, Water, Metropolitan, Nature/Adventure and Spa/Retreat so that you can showcase exactly what makes your property unique. Pricing starts at $500 for a 1-year listing.

Our "Private Homes" section is for small developers who are developing one or more individual fractional residences. Often these are existing vacation homes that are being converted from whole ownership to fractional ownership. Pricing starts at $200 for a 6-month listing (real estate agents please inquire about special incentives).

Destination Clubs

Our aim has always been to give visitors the ability to explore all their vacation alternatives in one place. So a Destination Club section was a logical addition to our site and it has proved to be one of our most popular areas. Pricing starts at $500 for a 1-year Listing. Fractional ReSales

We welcome ReSales listed by owners or real estate agents. We define a ReSale as a fractional share that has already been sold once and is now being re-sold by the owner of that individual share. A whole ownership property that is being converted to a fractional is considered a "new" fractional project and belongs in our "Private Homes" section (see above). We are currently the only place on the Internet with a section exclusively devoted to fractional ReSales. We also welcome fractional jet resales and fractional yacht resales.
