A cozy and intimate private residence club is emerging at the corner of Durant and Monarch streets. Luxury meets Wagner Park. A penthouse suite meets Aspen's iconic mountain. Two buildings face each other and greet the day as one. Happy residence club members will meet, mingle and enjoy a special rooftop deck with amenities usually found in the finest boutique hotels. The Dancing Bear Residences Parkside building will contain nine three-bedroom residences and features a magnificent fourth floor rooftop deck, patio and garden area overlooking Aspen Mountain, Independence Pass, and downtown Aspen. This one-of-a-kind floor includes a glass-enclosed Owners' lounge, extensive patio areas for sunning and relaxing, lush landscaping and three hot tubs. This rooftop terrace is unique to the area and offers year-round opportunities to observe the events on Aspen Mountain and downtown, and enjoy the outdoor mountain experience. The Parkside building is scheduled for completion during Summer 2008. Dancing Bear Residences Mountainside building will be very similar to the Parkside building. It will include ten three-bedroom units and a four-bedroom penthouse unit, additional underground parking and a first floor restaurant. Amenites will include: concierge, restaurant/bar/lounge, recreation rooms, fitness center, locker rooms, massage room, business center, owner's ski lockers, private year-round storage, personal wine storage, wireless throughout.
