Fractional Property Deal Alert
Fort Fisher Place has temporarily reduced their price. Until March 1, 2008, a 1/13 share is available for $154,900. (Correction: Fort Fisher is in North Carolina. Last month we incorrectly identified it as being located in South Carolina.)
Breckenridge Ski Home has reduced their price just in time for the holidays and ski season. The new price for a 1/4 share is $299,500.
