New Project Announcements

Fairmont Hotels has announced a new project in Palm Springs, California -- the Fairmont Aventerra, Palm Desert.

The Residence Club at Fisherman's Cove is set to debut as the first and only residence club of its kind in Key Largo, Florida.

The Luxian Scottsdale estates are three 6,000-square-foot homes near the entrance to The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona. The homes will be sold as quarter fractional ownership.

Everlands is a new global Destination Club focused on conserving the environment as well as providing exceptional outdoor experiences for members.
