Fractional Conversion Loans
Through our partnership with finance expert Tom Ward of Ward Financial, LF Guide offers
financing to both fractional developers and consumers. Ward's latest innovation is a "Fractional Conversion Loan" that offers financing for borrowers who are either purchasing or refinancing
a whole ownership unit or house that will be converted to fractional ownership.
This financing allows the borrower to convey a fractional deed to a buyer
without having to pay off all of the whole ownership debt. The loan is
repaid from a partial release on each fraction.
