later christened as The Newport Men's Social
Club by
Vanderbilt in memory of his father. Today,

renovated Vanderbilt Residence Club is a

There are 32 different options to choose
from, ranging
from a 282 square foot pied-a-terre
available at $45,000 to a 984 square foot two-
bedroom, with den, full kitchen and 1.5 baths at
$225,000. Members are deeded title to a 1/8th
interest, unit specific, which allows six weeks or 42
days of guaranteed usage each year by the owners or
their guests. There are eight members per unit,
unless an owner doubles their interest and doubles
their time.
