The Orchard at the Carneros Inn in Napa, California, was recently featured in the New York Times “Breaking Ground” section. A total of 17 fractional ownership cottages are planned, with half already built. The 2-bedroom cottages are being sold in 1/10th shares.
Luxury destination club, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World, is developing an enclave of five beachfront villas at Molasses Reef on West Caicos. Previously uninhabited, West Caicos is the far west island of the Turks & Caicos archipelago and is destined to be one of the world’s most pristine places to vacation.
The Residence Club at Stone Eagle in Palm Desert, California, was recently featured in the New York Times “Breaking Ground” section.
