The Denver Post recently published an article on the ultra-luxury Little Nell in Aspen, CO. The Residences at The Little Nell is a fractional ownership property that set records for the speed and price at which their 4-bedroom suites sold out. Their 3-bedroom residences are still available starting at $1.7 million. A Little Nell whole-ownership residence hotel is being constructed at nearby Snowmass, and a Little Nell hotel is being planned for Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

January 24, 2008ASPEN — Aspen Skiing Co.’s famed Little Nell — the city’s only five-star, five-diamond hotel — is taking its show on the road, expanding to a hotel site in Jackson Hole, Wyo., and two small residential hotels being developed in Aspen and nearby Snowmass.
