Ownership in the Painted Boat Spa & Marina entitle owners to 13 weeks of use annually in their residence, with two consecutive weeks each summer. Property amenities include a waterfront restaurant, high-tech fitness facility with hot tub and infinity pool, a 60-slip deepwater marina and a 4,000 square foot spa currently under construction and expected to be operational by March, 2009.
