· The Red Stag Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah, has recently converted to fractional ownership residences. · Hyatt is building the Hyatt Siesta Key Beach, a 44-residence fractional resort in Sarasota, Florida. Occupancy is planned for April 2009.
· The Club at Solaris in Vail, Colorado, is offering an impressive guarantee: Buyers can reserve time at Solaris whenever they want it (with the exception of New Year’s week in some cases),
with just 30 days notice.
· High net-worth consumers rated St. Regis Grand Residence Club the most prestigious fractional club in the 2008 Luxury Brand Status Index survey.
· Ultimate Resort continues to grow, this time adding 6 new homes to its portfolio by acquiring the Ventures Equity Vacation Club.
