Kapalua Bay is home to two championship golf courses. Golf Digest magazine regularly ranks the Plantation Course as the #1 golf course in Hawaii. The Bay Course has hosted PGA and many other tournaments.
The full-service spa offers amenities such as facial therapies, body therapies, wellness journeys, massage therapies, a salon, and a fitness program.

Usage Options
Ownership is three weeks per year with the following options:
- 2 consecutive fixed weeks + one float week
- 3 consecutive fixed weeks
- 2 consecutive float weeks + one float week
Pricing
Current ownership at the Montage Kapalua Bay is by resales only. All developer fractional interests are sold. New resale listings give you the ability to own a deeded share of your own residence. Pricing generally ranges from $99,000 to up to $350,000 based on usage weeks, seasonality, and the size of the residence.
Fractional resales give you a great opportunity to purchase at deflated prices from original sales prices and negotiate better pricing as the fraction often take months to sell. Financing is not generally available.
Property Condition
The Montage collection is known for keeping its properties in supreme condition and will continually update and remodel the property to the highest standards. Your annual fees cover all the costs of maintenance and reserve requirements for future upgrades to the resort.
Amenities
Besides being located on the most popular island in Hawaii, the resort is located on a private beach exclusive to Montage residences only. Pools are kept to the highest standards with pool cabanas, minimal crowding, and full-service food and drink options.
