Timbers Kiawah has announced their construction release is right around the corner.   Investors can still get in early on pricing.    Construction is progressing and in the drywall stage.  Here is a picture of the penthouses.

After launch, expect pricing to increase.

Particularly exciting are the three penthouses for sale – 3,700 sq. ft, with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, massive balconies, fully furnished.

There are only 21 residences for sale at Kiawah.

No word on penthouse pricing, but expect to pay a premium for the ultimate Timbers luxury offerings.

UPDATE:  Annual dues will be $16,755 for the 2,200 square-foot three-bedroom units offering four weeks of access and $36,825 for the 3,780 square-foot four-bedroom units granting six weeks of access. Owners will enjoy reciprocity with the other 15 Timbers destinations including resorts in Hawaii, Florida, California, Colorado and Italy. Construction is underway with completion slated for September 2018.

Timbers is also building a Residence Club in Kauai, Hawaii called the Timbers Ocean Club and Residences.
