SJR Capital has announced their plans to build a new fractional beachfront residence, Casa del Sol, on Southern Baja’s East Cape. This project is truly green in every sense of the word. Casa del Sol will be sold in 13 shares, eliminating the need for 13 individual homes that could potentially sit vacant most of the year to be built. In addition, solar power will be the primary souce of energy, and water for the gardens and property soil will be recycled. The residence’s interior will utilize as much natural light as possible, and organic paints will be used to protect the air quality.
