The Residences at Beach Bay Underway on Grand Cayman

According to an article in the Caymanian Compass newspaper, construction on the Residences at Beach Bay on Grand Cayman Island is about to start. The resort will offer 1/8 fractional ownership starting at $339,000 for 6 weeks of use per year. Whole ownership residences will also be available.
